OneBC is introducing the Property Rights Protection Act in the BC legislature
The Property Rights Protection Act repeals DRIPA in its entirety and restores the Province’s exclusive jurisdiction over property and civil rights.
It declares that the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples has no legal force or effect.
The principle is simple: that what you earn, build, and own in British Columbia belongs to you. Not to the government’. Not to its friends.
It is upon this solid foundation that we pledge to rebuild this province.
